Production Details & Times

Details

  • Designed and printed in our Denver, NC location.
  • Our dish towels, doormats & tumblers are handcrafted with care and love by a human. Every product is handmade upon ordering and is one of a kind. While every effort is made to ensure our products are perfect, small imperfections sometimes happen in handcrafted items!
  • Due to differences in computer monitor settings from phones, tablets and computers, colors may vary from the listing’s mockup/proof photo.
  • Proofs are available by request for all of our personalized products. You may request a proof after purchase or in the order notes. If requested, proofs must be approved before production. Delays in approval can delay production.

Turn Around Time

  • Turn around times are an estimate. We encourage you to let us know if you need the items by a certain date so that we can try to accommodate it. As our doormats are handcrafted and made to order, they take time a little bit of time. We work as quickly as we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. 
  • Estimated turn around times is approximately 2 – 4 business days.

Personalizations, Custom Designs & Logos

Gift Messages

  • Looking to send one of our doormats to a loved or purchasing for a client? Let us know in the order details and we’ll be happy to include a gift message from you!

Shipping / Local Pick Up

  • Shipping:
    • UPS Ground is our method of shipment for all doormats.
    • You will receive an email when your item has shipped. This email will include the tracking information.
    • Delivery time from our Denver, NC location is typically 2-5 business days after shipping.
    • If your item appears to not be moving through the system, we do suggest that you contact the shipping company first and us second. We do not have anymore information on the tracking of a package than what is available to you, but we are happy to help assist if needed. If your item is lost in the mail, we will replace it at no charge to you.
  • Rush Shipping:
    • At this time we do not offer rush shipping. If you are interested in pricing a faster shipping option we are happy to assist. If you need your item before the turn around time indicated, please let us know. If we can accommodate your request, we will do it at no charge. You shouldn’t have to pay for amazing customer service. 
  • Local Pick Up:
    • Live local to Denver, NC? Chose local pick up at check out & receive a 15% discount.
    • Once we have created your mat, we will be in touch to arrange pick up.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on our doormats.
  • If for some reason there is an error or mistake on your design, or the mat is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
  • If you have questions or concerns about our refund and exchange policy, please contact us.

Do you have a store?

At this time we do not have our own physical store, but we participate in a number of different local events throughout the year. You can find more details about the event here.
