✨ PRODUCT DETAILS ✨

• 18” x 30” gray bordered doormat
• Water repellent polyester
• Recycled rubber backing
• Best for indoor or covered entry for longest use. Direct exposure to outdoor elements may cause fading, discoloration, or damage.
• Made with high-quality dye sublimation inks, which are printed and heat set onto the mat. As the color is absorbed directly into the material, it will not peel, crack, fade or rub off.
• To clean, gently shake out by hand, sweep off or vacuum. Do not use commercial cleaners as this could damage the design and fibers of the mat.

• Our doormats are handcrafted with care and love by a human. Each and every doormat is handmade upon ordering and while every effort is made to ensure a perfect end result, there may be minor imperfections and color variations from mat to mat.
• Due to differences in computer monitor settings from phones, tablets and computers, colors may vary from the listing’s mockup/proof photo.
• Each item is created by hand and is one of a kind. We do our best to make our products perfect, but small imperfections sometimes happen in handcrafted items.

✨TURN AROUND TIMES ✨

• Turn around times are an estimate. We encourage you to let us know if you need the items by a certain date so that we can try to accommodate it. As our doormats are handcrafted and made to order, they take time a little bit of time. We work as quickly as we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
• Estimated turn around times is approximately 3 – 5 business days.

✨ SHIPPING DETAILS ✨

• Shipping:
  • UPS Ground is our method of shipment for all doormats.
  • You will receive an email when your item has shipped. This email will include the tracking information.
  • Delivery time from our Denver, NC location is typically 2-5 business days after shipping.
  • If your item appears to not be moving through the system, we do suggest that you contact the shipping company first and us second. We do not have anymore information on the tracking of a package than what is available to you, but we are happy to help assist if needed. If your item is lost in the mail, we will replace it at no charge to you.
• Rush Shipping:
  • At this time we do not offer rush shipping. If you are interested in pricing a faster shipping option we are happy to assist. If you need your item before the turn around time indicated, please let us know. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will do it at no charge. You shouldn’t have to pay for amazing customer service.
• Local Pick Up
  • Live local to Denver, NC? Chose local pick up at check out & receive a 15% discount.
  • Once we have created your mat, we will be in touch to arrange pick up.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on our doormats.
• If for some reason there is an error or mistake on your design, or the mat is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
