- 16” x 24” white waffle weave microfiber towel
- 80/20 Blend (80% Polyester 20% Polyamide) Microfiber
- Towels have over-lock stitched edges which prevent fraying during normal use & washing
- Made with high-quality dye sublimation ink. The design is printed and then heat set onto the towel. Since the color is absorbed directly into the material, it will not peel, crack, fade or rub off, unlike vinyl or paint.
- To clean, wash in warm water with mild detergent and similar materials (all microfiber is best). Do not bleach or add fabric softeners.
- To dry, air drying will ensure the longest-lasting microfiber. If using a dryer, set it on low or no heat.

- Due to differences in computer monitor settings from phones, tablets, and computers, colors may vary from the listing’s photos.
- Each item is created by hand and is one of a kind. We do our best to make our products perfect, but small imperfections sometimes happen in handcrafted items.

- Turn around times are an estimate. We encourage you to let us know if you need the items by a certain date so that we can try to accommodate it. As our dish towels are handcrafted and made to order, they take time a little bit of time. We work as quickly as we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
- Estimated turn around times is approximately 1-2 business days.

- Shipping:
- USPS First Class mail is our method of shipment for all dish towels.
- You will receive an email when your item has shipped. This email will include the tracking information.
- Delivery time from our Denver, NC location is typically 4-7 business days after shipping.
- If your item appears to not be moving through the system, we do suggest that you contact the shipping company first and us second. We do not have anymore information on the tracking of a package than what is available to you, but we are happy to help assist if needed. If your item is lost in the mail, we will replace it at no charge to you.
- Rush Shipping:
- At this time we do not offer rush shipping. If you are interested in pricing a faster shipping option we are happy to assist. If you need your item before the turn around time indicated, please let us know. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will do it at no charge. You shouldn’t have to pay for amazing customer service.
- Local Pick Up
- Live local to Denver, NC? Chose local pick up at check out & receive a 15% discount.
- Once we have created your mat, we will be in touch to arrange pick up.
