Shipping Information

All LKN doormats & more orders ship from our Denver, North Carolina location via UPS Ground. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking information.

Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. If your tracking shows no updates, we recommend contacting UPS first — they’ll have the most current details. We’re always happy to assist if needed, but our information is the same as what you see on your tracking link.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
