Colors & Personalization
Due to differences in monitor and screen settings across phones, tablets, and computers, colors may vary slightly from the listing’s mockup or proof photo. This is normal for digital printing and does not affect the quality of the finished product.
Proofs are available upon request for all personalized products. You can request a proof after placing your order or by noting it in your order comments. Please note that proofs must be approved prior to production — delays in approval can extend your production timeline.
Production Timeline
Every LKN doormats & more product is made to order, and production time can vary slightly depending on the item and current order volume. Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
During busy seasons, such as the holidays, production time may extend by a few days. We always strive to keep things moving quickly without compromising on quality, and we’ll email you as soon as your order ships.
Once your order has been completed, it will ship via UPS Ground from our studio in Denver, NC. Delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.
