✨ PRODUCT DETAILS ✨
- 2.75” round white ceramic ornament
- Includes gold ribbon for hanging
- Made with high-quality dye sublimation inks, which are printed and heat set onto the ornament. As the color is absorbed directly into the material, it will not peel, crack, fade or rub off.
- Design is printed on one side (unless otherwise noted in the listing)
- To clean, gently wipe. Do not use commercial cleaners as this could damage the design.

- Each item is created by hand and is one of a kind. We do our best to make our products perfect, but small imperfections sometimes happen in handcrafted items.

- Turnaround times are estimates and can vary during the holiday season. If you need your ornament by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
- Estimated production time is approximately 1 – 3 business days.
✨ SHIPPING DETAILS ✨
- Shipping:
- UPS Ground is our standard method of shipment for all ornaments.
- You will receive an email when your item has shipped. This email will include the tracking information.
- Delivery time from our Denver, NC location is typically 3-6 business days after shipping.
- If your item appears to not be moving through the system, we do suggest that you contact the shipping company first and us second. We do not have anymore information on the tracking of a package than what is available to you, but we are happy to help assist if needed. If your item is lost in the mail, we will replace it at no charge to you.
- Rush Shipping:
- We’re excited to now offer upgraded UPS shipping options at checkout! You’ll see several choices available so you can select the delivery speed that best fits your needs. Please note that upgraded shipping covers expedited delivery after your doormat has been produced. While our standard production times still apply, we’ll always do our best to move rush orders through faster whenever possible.
- Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $49.95 or more.
- Local Pick Up
- Live local to Denver, NC? Chose local pick up at check out & receive a 15% discount.
- Once we have created your ornament, we will be in touch to arrange pick up.
