When Your Doormat Arrives
Your mat ships rolled in a box for safe delivery.
When it arrives:
- Unbox carefully and unroll it flat to help it relax from shipping.
- If possible, open it outside and give it a gentle shake to remove any loose fibers or lint from production.
- Recycle your box once you’re done — every little bit helps! ♻️
Everyday Care & Cleaning
To keep your doormat looking its best:
- Keep your doormat in a dry, covered area to prolong the life of the design.
- Avoid direct exposure to full sun, rain, or snow — constant moisture or UV rays may cause fading or wear.
- Gently shake to clear dust or debris.
- Spot clean any stains with a damp cloth — no chemical cleaners or scrubbing needed.
- Do not soak or saturate the mat in water. Excess water can cause discoloration or fading of the printed design.
- If your mat does get wet, drape or hang it to dry completely before placing it back at your door.
